Level Homes Makes TiO a Part of Their Award-Winning Approach to Innovation and Customer Satisfaction
Like TiO, Level Homes knows how to stay ahead with forward thinking ideas. In the six years since they branched into the Triangle area, Level Homes has been on “The Best Places to Work” list, has been awarded the Fast 50 Award for fastest growing companies two years in a row, is on the Builder 200 for the top builders in the United States. Recently, Level Homes was awarded by the Home Builders Association’s Triangle Sales and Marketing Council with Building Company of the Year and employee excellence, earning 4 additional awards. When Level builds a home they want to be innovative, exceed customer demands, and above all, be unique.
Level Homes and TiO sat down to discuss the exciting possibilities the two companies could accomplish together.
1) How did Level Homes first hear about TiO?
Level Homes first heard a presentation given by TiO at the design studio about six months ago, and we were blown away. It seemed so simple, just get it, turn it on, and it works. We loved the voice control option, whole home integration and the array of customizable features TiO has to offer. We bounced the idea around and asked a variety of questions to find a flaw and simply could not find one. When we discuss adding home automation and smart home tech into our new houses, we have found TiO to be a simple, affordable, and highly effective asset to Level Homes.
2) What makes TiO the best option for home automation?
No additional wiring and no additional trade expense means a straightforward experience for Level Homes and its customers. Level knows that the future is in smart home technology, and when we were introduced to TiO we knew we had found something great. The TiO platform is as easy as plug-and-play. Shipped preconfigured from the factory and installed with no specialized trade skills, TiO is ready to go for the new homeowner on day one and can be operated by a light switch, the app, or by voice… Many options!
3) Were there any ‘aha’ moments when considering TiO?
Our ‘aha’ moment came when we were discussing the plate installed in place of the light switch. Excess tech and labor leads to higher cost and general confusion when trying to integrate a house with smart home technology. TiO configures all units in their factory in Florida, labeled by room and installed as easy as installing a faceplate on a light switch. A platform that is simple to install, and is ready to use on day one, shows us that TiO is the next step in home automation, and we are taking that step to stay ahead of our competition.
4) What are you most excited for in partnering with TiO?
Here at Level Homes we focus on innovation from new architects and home designs to cutting edge technology, and our partnership with TiO is a forward-thinking way to stay in touch with what our customers want and need their home to do for them.
5) Tell us about your involvement with Operation Coming Home.
Level Homes is proud to be working with the Home Builders Association and the US Veterans Corps to build the 17th house for Operation: Coming Home. The home site was donated by 5401 East Development, LLC and the home is being completely outfitted with TiO tech. We are very excited to unveil the home on July 12th and give back to a deserving military family.
